This was a really fun appetizer platter to make, and only took a few minutes! I served this with truffled white bean dip, pumpkin hummus, and roasted red pepper dip. You can really create art out of your food for any occasion. As soon as I saw that crookneck squash at the store I knew what I was going to make! The rest is olives and bell peppers, with some kind of turnip for the head and Thai chili snood. Hope everyone’s holidays have been great so far!
